IN SHAPE FOR FISHING, IN SHAPE FOR LIFE!

By Brent VandersteltDo you get winded walking up or down a flight of stairs, or just walking to the mail box? Maybe you get winded or struggle to bend over and pick up a child. Maybe you get winded walking to your favorite fishing spot.

As an angler, you tromp through the woods to get to the mountain lakes and then along the primitive shores to find the right spot. Or wade out in thigh-high, cool stream water with your fly rod.

But, if you aren’t in shape, you’ll feel it big time tomorrow. Or worse, you could slip, fall, or over-exert and get in some real trouble. Getting in shape—

· increases your stamina and strength,

· improves your balance,

· adapts your body to exertion in the heat by improving temperature regulation,

· decreases soreness and stiffness after an outing, and

· help prevent injuries from the outdoor activities

While there is not any known statistics of anglers that die or get hurt pursuing their passion of fishing, we have all read the stories in local papers. What are the causes? Usually heart attacks or heart disease are the biggest killers. Every 20 seconds someone dies of heart disease alone.

What can you do to protect yourself from heart disease? For starters, get active and watch your diet. Start eating the right types of nutrient dense foods to provide enough energy for your intense workouts! Nutrition is the key to building lean muscle mass and burning excess body fat.

Start doing the best cardio exercises to burn off those extra calories and achieve a truly lean physique! Cardiovascular work is very important to include in your overall fitness plan to burn off excess calories and help make your heart and lungs stronger.

Many people ask me how I manage to stay so fit and trim for a middle aged male, especially as my position of National Recruiter for a major transportation company; in which, my weekly routine consists of a 45 minute drive to and from work and another 10 hours behind my desk. Not a real active position and by the time I get home at night, I’m not real motivated to do much.

I struggled to come home and mow the grass or perform other daily household chores let alone get motivated to travel to my favorite fishing hole without my heart wanting to burst out of my chest. That was until a fishing buddy told me about a product called Isagenix.

Isagenix offers many nutritional products, but the one product that changed my life was the Isagenix 9 day cleanse and fat burning system. The Isagenix 9 day cleanse allowed me to safely lose some nagging unwanted weight coupled with some light exercises.

My life now involves many Isagenix nutritional supplements and cleanses products called Isagenix Cleanse For Life and walks or other light exercises. I am now in shape for fishing and with Isagenix I am in shape for life!

Both men and women can benefit from the same weight loss properties and healthy Isagenix lifestyle. Join my IN SHAPE FOR FISHING page on Facebook!
